I must say, this piece of art quite impressed me. From her face expression, I can see she genuinely enjoy her work and the soft colours creates generally peacefull feeling of the picture. I really admire the way you deal with coloring cloth and folds (I took a look at some of your other works and I do think there's quite a lot of practise and research, and not only in terms of creating folds ) And the details of decorations, they look so gently as they complement the main character as a whole. I guess the background is rather simple, but in that way I'd say it finely hightlights the foreground and the main character (which is cool, because I have seen a lot of pictures which were so overdetailed everywhere that it was too hard to recognize which parts should be main or minor XD but in this case, it makes nicely balanced feeling)
Afterall, it's amazing and wonderful picture, I simply love it
This is an old piece of work. I'm very into bluish tones at that time I think I did a reference shot for the fabric. Folds is always a difficult subject if you want to keep the flow with your intention.
